    • tramsusch

    • bitchride

@RAPFlavour87 yes he did say that it have a 2.2 JTS petrol engine.

    • RAPFlavour87

At least they should have done a test drive on their track, because what May’s done here is more entertainment than a video about the car…he didn’t even say what engine the Alfa has got

Hey Militant old lady must be exactly what you are – or a pommy dickhead. Aussies know more about building quality cars than you guys (ahem leyland/aston cough cough) so shut your face. Oh and learn to play cricket.

    • MilitantOldLady

@riz44 so you admit you know nothing about Alfa….and you still gobshite about it…you’re a twat

    • riz44

I actually happen to know quite a bit about cars thank you very much, and being from Australia does nothing to change that. maybe im not an expert on the history of Alfa Romeo or know when they started building well made cars. get over yourself

    • MilitantOldLady

@riz44 how long till you realise you’re wrong and shuld shut up?

its not alpha, its Alfa and the only ones that were badly built were the cars from the 80′s to the mid 90′s…in the late 90′s Alfa changed hands and the quality went up

currently, as you would know if you had listened to James, they’re engineered and managed by the germans, which makes them as well built and reliable as any other family saloon

but you’re austrailian and know nothing about cars, so SHUT YOUR FACE!

    • riz44

yeah it is.. have a cry.
Alpha romeo’s have a reputation for being notoriously badly built. all i was saying, perhaps they’ve changed that now. but in any case. maybe you should stop being so anal about it, and just chill out

    • MilitantOldLady

@riz44 yes thats your only reply eh?

people like you get on my tits…talking rubbish about things they know nothing about…you twat

    • riz44

    • MilitantOldLady

@riz44 thats not the point, only alfa owners can talk about reliability since we’re the only ones with first hand expirience

and FYI, i’ve had the 156 and 156 facelift before that, both were driven every day and on some quite long pan-european road trips, both of them have NEVER broken in any way

so you just shut your face if all you have to offer are stereotypes from the early 90′s

    • riz44

Well you would hope so if it’s only done 50 000 miles

    • MilitantOldLady

you’re a twat…i’ve had my 159 for 2 years now, its done something shy of 50.000 miles and it hasnt put a foot wrong

go sit in your moron corner and be quiet

    • whoami1177

HAHA he reall said im not gonna be beat by a man in a giant condom!!!

    • whoami1177

heheheh im gonna see if the alfa still has the soul and the passion reach in that pocket buddy

    • viperman5686

Blanket stereotypes, assumptions, and an inability to read?!

      You lose. Good day, sir.

    • hadabenz

You’re an American, as usual u will just argue endlessly about this like any other youtubers. Not an insult, but as a fact, Alfa left ur country 14 years ago. I’ll stop arguing now. ciao.

    • viperman5686

Well, they value them, just not as much.

Anyway, buying a car because you love the feel of driving it is rational. It is undeniably logical to fulfill goals of happiness.

As long as the car isn’t too costly or too unreliable, then it works.

What constitutes too costly? That depends.

Not every shoe fits every person.

    • hadabenz

what i mean by rational is something that you consider when buying a car, e.g: warranty, service, reliability… the Italians never consider these as important basis for making a car, they simply put styling on top of every other aspects. Hopes you understand what i mean by that. Thx.

    • viperman5686

Looks like you just tried to rationalize why someone should do something irrational.

      Fail.

    • hadabenz

People below me who commented with such disgust and insulted ALFAS, let me just clear up this thing. An Alfa Romeo is bought by a person who buys it with heart not rational thoughts. Buy your German/American saloons if you want reliability / bank-vault solidity. Alfa is no such thing indeed. It is a thing of beauty and soul. That’s why it’s special, and not for everybody. Period.

      looks like the new lancer
